Adam Thede, Editorial & Lifestyle Photographer
Based in Orange County and serving the Greater Los Angeles area, I’ve been photographing people for years, specializing in boudoir, lifestyle, and editorial work. My style is influenced by fashion photography and fine art, but always grounded in authenticity and connection.

My Approach
I create editorial and intimate portraiture that celebrates presence and confidence. My style blends candid energy with editorial composition so that even posed moments feel natural and unguarded.
Every shoot is collaborative and designed specifically for the subject. I don’t work from a preset list of poses or replicate the same shots with every person. Instead, we develop a concept together and let the session evolve naturally. I use available light, natural or otherwise, to create images that feel authentic rather than overly produced.
The result: sensual, intimate imagery that tells your story, not mine. Whether we’re shooting urban editorial, intimate portraiture, or creative fine art, the focus is always on capturing genuine moments that reflect who you are.
My Process
Every project begins with conversation. I want to discuss the vision, your comfort level, and what both of us are hoping to create. From there, we develop or adapt concepts together, planning everything from mood and aesthetic to wardrobe and location.
During sessions, I guide you through natural movements and expressions while adapting to what feels authentic to you. The goal isn’t perfection or performance; it’s capturing who you actually are in that moment.

Working with Me
I’m available for commissioned work and always seeking creative collaborators. Whether you’re a professional building your brand, someone wanting empowering intimate imagery, or a creative interested in collaborative projects, I’m here to create something meaningful together.
Beyond the camera
When I’m not photographing, I’m with my wife and two kids here in Orange County. Being a father has made me even more respectful of the trust clients place in me, especially during vulnerable moments like intimate portrait sessions.
I genuinely love this work—not just the technical craft, but the human connection and the opportunity to help people see themselves beautifully. Every session is different because every person is different, and that’s what makes this meaningful for me.
If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to hear from you.
